20 YEARS OF THE FESTIVAL OF STARS
From August 21 to September 8, 2024, the Parkinsel in Ludwigshafen am Rhein will once again become a picturesque backdrop for German film and the setting for unforgettable film evenings in the open air. Germany's largest film festival after the Berlinale presents an impressive selection of German films representing the broad spectrum of cinematic art and talks with the cinema artists attended by thousands of people. In addition to numerous festival highlights surrounding the anniversary, there will once again be plenty of culinary delights on offer: Enjoy drinks and food on the festival terrace and immerse yourself in the special flair of our anniversary festival.
THE 2024 PROGRAM
The program of the 20th Festival of German Film will be published on 15 July. Advance ticket sales will begin on July 29, 2024. Please note that the distribution of the program will take a few days. You will find an overview of the distribution locations here shortly.
