Enjoy a 60-minute vinyasa yoga session on the water to start the day with fresh energy. Our yoga teacher Tabea offers something for all levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi. Look forward to an activating and invigorating yoga session that strengthens your body and refreshes your mind, as well as offering a truly magnificent view.
We meet at 09:00 and start our morning activity with a 20-minute boat ride to our yoga spot. A refreshing 60-minute yoga session in the middle of nature awaits us there. Afterwards, you can take the opportunity to refresh yourself in the water if you wish. We will return in time at 11:00 am so that everyone can continue with their plans for the day.

thick socks and a warm sweater are recommended for relaxation at the end
