In the organizer's words:
Ukrainian director Kateryna Tushder has launched an artistic research project together with artists living and working in Münster. The central theme was Kateryna's experience as a war refugee - life between two realities, peace and war.
Millions of people become war refugees, forced to leave their homes and their previous lives. All they have are memories, fear for the lives of their loved ones who remained in the war, a few important things they were able to take with them and the uncertainty of the future.
Kateryna Tushder and her team use object and shadow theater to bring this world between peace and war to life in a very personal and touching way.
