Catalina Guzmán Gaitán is a Colombian photographer and camera operator based in Cologne, working at the intersection of analogue and digital visual language. Her practice is shaped by a documentary gaze and focuses on themes such as identity, migration and human emotion.
Drawing on years of experience in photography, camera work and editing in Germany and Colombia, she develops visual worlds that bring together intimacy and observation. With a refined sensitivity to light, gesture and atmosphere, she creates work that feels both cinematic and personal.
