Björn Höhne - Handpan Klang & Musik

In the artist's words:

I grew up in a musical family where “homemade” music was a part of everyday life. Over the years, I laid the foundation for my musical skills by playing the guitar, harmonica, and Orff instruments. At the same time, I repeatedly came into contact with other instruments, such as the accordion, piano, saxophone, and others. Music is a part of my life on many levels.
In 2002, the handpan came into my life, and a few years later I began teaching myself to play it. For me, this instrument brings so much joy and (inner) peace. Whenever I need a little break, want to organize my thoughts, or just want to find my center, I often pick up a handpan and just start playing a little.

- That’s why the handpan fits so wonderfully into today’s world. -

After several years of experience as a handpan teacher, I further solidified and expanded my knowledge through a handpan teacher training program (the Malte Marten Method by Malte Marten) .

I love sharing this instrument with the world, and it brings me great joy when people incorporate the handpan into their lives, find joy in it, and benefit from its positive effects. I’d be happy to guide you on this journey!
