Two great appellations, one grape variety: Nebbiolo.
We taste selected Barolo and Barbaresco from different vintages, from young to mature, and approach the subtle nuances of terroir, time and style. You can expect wines with character: tertiary notes of dried roses, tar, truffles and leather. Fine elegance in the essence of Piedmontese classicism.
Your physical well-being is also taken care of: the wine is accompanied by homemade Piedmontese truffle pasta.
