3. Familienkonzert: Dodos Traum

In the organizer's words:

Dodo is the mascot of the Tiny Music House, which belongs to the Dortmund Philharmonic Orchestra. The colorful bird recently moved to Dortmund. In the process, he heard for the first time about a sport that many people in the Ruhr area think is really great: Soccer! But Dodo has not yet fully understood how the game with the round ball and the square goals really works. Why soccer and music have so much in common, and why a soccer team and an orchestra are so similar, we'll find out at our family concert.

The Dortmunder Philharmoniker's family concerts are all about discovering classical music through adventurous stories that provide easy access and a good introduction to the world of classical music. The family concerts are not only a great experience for the little listeners, but also the ears of the grown-ups can discover the music anew or again for themselves.
