On four Friday afternoons in November, cathedral organist Ruben J. Sturm, Kirsten Sturm and guests will present half an hour of organ music by Johann Sebastian Bach on the organ of Munich's Frauenkirche.
On September 1, 2022, Prof. Ruben Sturm took up the position of cathedral organist at Munich's Cathedral of Our Lady. In addition to his diverse liturgical duties at the cathedral church of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising, he is also responsible for the artistic direction of the annual organ concert series held at the cathedral and the care of the cathedral organs with a total of 131 stops and around 10,000 pipes.
