40 Years of the Brotfabrik Bonn Cultural Center—Here’s to the Future!🥂🎊
On Saturday, September 12, 2026, starting at 2 p.m., the Brotfabrik will celebrate its 40th anniversary—with a packed program throughout the entire building: dance, theater, film, live music, art, open rehearsals, workshops, and hands-on activities for all generations.
During the day, the cultural institutions will open their doors and invite visitors to watch, try things out, and get involved. Highlights include an open rehearsal by Theater Marabu, workshops hosted by the Bildungswerk and the Tanzwerkstatt—including theater activities—a sneak peek at Tanzgenerator Bonn’s new production, and creative activities centered around film and cinema. 🎥🎭💃🏻🎵
Starting at 6:30 p.m., the stage belongs to the independent theater scene: Numerous ensembles based at the Brotfabrik will present short plays, excerpts, and previews of their current productions.

Directions: Brotfabrik, Kreuzstraße 16, 53225 Bonn. Sofern Sie mit dem Fahrrad kommen: Fahrradständer sind direkt am Veranstaltungsort vorhanden. Sofern Sie nicht zu Fuß/mit dem Fahrrad kommen können, nutzen Sie bitte den ÖPNV. Hier finden Sie die DB- bzw. Straßenbahn-Haltestellen Bahnhof Beuel bzw. Obere Wilhelmstraße. Die nächst gelegene Bushaltstelle ist die Haltestelle Doktor-Weiß-Platz. Ferner ist die Brotfabrik fußläufig auch von den Straßenbahn-Haltestellen Beuel Rathaus und Konrad-Adenauer-Platz erreichbar. Sofern Sie mit dem Auto kommen müssen, stehen Ihnen wenige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage der Brotfabrik bzw. in deren Umgebung zur Verfügung. Die nächstgelegenen Parkhäuser befinden sich im Rathaus Beuel (Tiefgarage Rathausplatz) bzw. im Brückenforum.
