Take some time out for body and mind! In our workshop, you will learn to consciously pause, relax and pay attention to yourself - without any previous knowledge. Please bring comfortable clothing, a mat, cushion, blanket, drink and a small snack. The workshop is intended to promote health and does not replace a visit to the doctor or therapy.
