What figures and symbols can be found on the reconstructed facade of the Humboldt Forum? What do they mean? And how were the replicas of the sculptural decorations created?

In this workshop, families with children ages 5 and up will explore symbols from times past and the visual language of Baroque sculpture . They’ll learn about reconstruction techniques, experiment with the positive-negative method using modeling clay and plaster, and design their own reliefs.

They’ll then take the molds and casts they’ve made home with them.
