Advent Pilates workshop at Lake Hain - indoor with lake view, warm & cozy

Treat yourself to a little break in December:
On December 13th, I invite you to a special Pilates workshop at Lake Hain - indoors, with a view of the water and an atmosphere that will immediately make you wind down.

You can expect a 2.5-hour Pilates & yoga fusion, powerful yet soft, with a focus on breathing, strength and lightness. Perfect for taking a deep breath before the Christmas season and doing something good for your body.

In between, there will be a short Advent break with tea, cake and snacks - time to arrive, chat and simply be.

You can choose between two time slots:
10:00-12:30 or 13:30-16:00

I look forward to seeing everyone who wants to recharge their batteries - alone, with friends or just because.

Fee: €39 per person (incl. drinks & cake)

Location: Lagoon 1, Hainer See - indoor with lake view
