ALTSTADT LIVE: Softpower & Nikita Curtis Mississippi
In the organizer's words:
Ritus Goes to Mississippi
SOFTPOWER plays drums, bass, guitars, and everyone who can sings along. They evoke longings and the feeling of being right here, want to break free and form connections, to be loved and—even more—to love, but also to chop onions together and howl like dogs. And they keep telling themselves: As long as—even when tears are rolling down—one eye can still wink, things aren’t so bad.
SOFTPOWER is here and doesn’t want much at first—just to make music together that the four Softies themselves enjoy. And they’d love to bring along everyone who hears them and thinks, “I get it.”
