„Aufgeben gilt nicht“ – eine dialogische Tour durch die Sonderausstellung
In the organizer's words:
What does resilience actually mean? What helps us when life presents us with major challenges? And where do we find the strength to carry on after a crisis?
In the interactive tour “Giving Up Is Not an Option” through the special exhibition “Do You Feel? Tisa von der Schulenburg—The Empathetic Gaze,” we’ll explore these questions together. Our starting point is the eventful life of the artist Tisa von der Schulenburg, who repeatedly faced severe setbacks yet still found new strength.
Together with coach Verena Schuh, we’ll explore what helped Tisa keep going and what lessons we can take away for our own lives. In doing so, we’ll also encounter the ideas of psychologist Viktor E. Frankl, who survived imprisonment in four concentration camps.
What can we learn about resilience from Tisa von der Schulenburg and Viktor E. Frankl? And how can we apply these lessons to our own lives?
