The NoGuru group has existed for over twenty years and consists of Volker Krieger, Susanne Linn, Rudolf Preuss and Benjamin Vogel from Dortmund. Together they organize exhibitions throughout the Ruhr region. "We don't act as a group, we don't want to promote a style and we are not a studio community - but we set ourselves a socially relevant theme for each exhibition," explains the artist quartet. The spectrum of different techniques ranges from painting, graphics, photography, installation and video art to sculpture. The members are actively involved in the Dortmund art scene.
