BACK 2 THE CIRCLE | Friedenstanzdemo

On Sunday, September 13, 2026, we cordially invite you to join us at Roncalliplatz in front of Cologne Cathedral. From 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., right in the heart of the city, surrounded by people.

Anyone who’s ever been to Ecstatic Dance Cologne or a TRIBE NIGHT knows the feeling. That moment when the circle closes and you realize: I’m not alone here; here, I’m part of the human family.

That’s exactly the feeling we want to share—not in a protected space, but in one of Cologne’s busiest squares. Circle culture isn’t a niche phenomenon. It’s something people have been connecting with for millennia—gathering around a fire, with drums, dance, and music.

✦ Music as a Message

Throughout the afternoon, musicians and artists will step out of the circle one by one. Each person has 15 minutes to share where their own rhythm comes from and what it means. Some bring something danceable, some bring messages of peace, and some bring healing sounds. In between, the microphone is open to anyone who wants to say something about peace, belonging, and community. And when words aren’t enough, we move.

Do you make music and want to share a slot? Email us by September 6 at contact@tribe.haus.

✦ Schedule

Gather in a circle, welcome everyone, and start with some rhythms. Then the musical performances. Next, the open mic for the community. Finally, we’ll dance it out together.

✦ Why this is part of Tribehaus

For us, Tribehaus is more than just an app for finding events. It’s an effort to make genuine connections easier again—no fees, no barriers, with a focus on what matters: people coming together. Back 2 the Circle embodies this idea, this time in a public setting, right in the heart of the city.

No ticket, no registration, no prior experience required. Just come as you are.

One Circle. Many Rhythms. One Earth. One Humanity.

✦ Good to know

We’ll be standing in front of a church where a service is taking place at the same time. We’re therefore keeping our sounds at a level that won’t carry into the cathedral. Consideration is part of the message.

This is a registered gathering in accordance with the North Rhine-Westphalia Assembly Act. Please follow the instructions of the event organizers.

We look forward to seeing you.
