Short talk and exchange, then cooking together
For all cooking-loving adventurers. Top chef and brand ambassador at Globetrotter Ben Perry will talk to you about the challenge of catering during a hike, tour, vacation or travel in general and give you valuable tips on how to take new culinary momentum with you on your journey.
Then we'll cook for ourselves! In teams of two with a board on your lap, just like in the forest.
Ben will of course bring his cookbooks and his own spices.
Dishes:
- Ceviche of salmon trout, tomatoes, jalapeno and coriander in a taco
- Cous cous with raw sliced pumpkin, cranberries and nuts, yoghurt dip
