In the organizer's words:
During Berlin Art Week, Berlin becomes a hub for contemporary art. With theBerlin Art Week Salon, we’re bringing this exchange tothe Center am Potsdamer Platzand creating a space for new artistic voices, encounters, and perspectives.
The focus is on“Emerge – A Contemporary Group Show,” a group exhibition featuring emerging artists. It explores the question of who gains visibility and access in the art world—and who must carve out that access for themselves.
Emergeis curated byMarios Djamo Ngassam, curator and founder of Maison Marios, together withCynthia Mensah-NeglokpeandAnn Austin.
The exhibition is complemented by theEmerge Talks: conversations and cross-industry encounters where contemporary art meets topics from real estate, design, and finance. Different disciplines and perspectives come together, opening up space for new ideas and exchange.
