Berlin-Lagarce: Retour aux sources

Come to the Centre Français de Berlin on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 for the public performance of the project "Berlin-Lagarce: Retour aux sources " 💫

This Franco-German project, carried out in partnership with Microwave (France), La Ménagerie (Germany) and the Centre Français de Berlin, offers a lively and contemporary reinterpretation of the texts of Jean-Luc Lagarce, who wrote Juste la fin du monde in 1990 at the... Centre Français de Berlin.

More than thirty-five years after this important work, we return to the place where it was written to explore what memory, history and the city can still teach us today.

📌 Program

🎭 Stage presentation of the Franco-German workshops (text, music, video) held with Berlin participants.

🎵 Musical-visual performance "Li chante Lagarce", which combines cello, bass, guitar, piano, voice and video creation.

📝 A program for school classes in the morning (in preparation, write us in early 2026 for more information).

After the performance: informal exchange at the bar!
