Bosque - im Rahmen des Fratz Festival

A place that brings us together and invites us to play. Together, we support one another and, in the process, discover something about ourselves—and what we share with one another. Playing with logs, creating spaces, building and taking things apart—and suddenly a feather appears. The discovery of the feather sparks play, movement, and connection among four people who are moved by its softness, lightness, and fragility. This dance theater piece develops its dramaturgy through the construction of images and movement sequences that speak to children through body language and invite them to observe. It enables young audience members to empathize with and share emotions, and invites children to be part of an experience that playfully stimulates reflection.

About the Group / Artist

Flores TeatroDanza is a performing arts project that emerged from the collaboration between choreographers and performers Alejandro Chávez Flores and Fernando Leija Flores. The project was founded in 2013. Since then, they have dedicated themselves to producing various works for children and the general public. Their artistic exploration spans dance, theater, performance, and clowning, seeking ways to engage with the body from different perspectives and expand its expressive possibilities. They are known for their work with objects and the visual precision of their pieces, which create visual metaphors that linger in the memory.
