For the Days of Exile 2025, organized by the Körber Foundation, the collective DAVRA is curating a film program in the dialogical exhibition 8 extended portraits by Cora Pongracz with Marietta Mavrokordatou. The film program deals with exile in relation to flight, persecution and expulsion as well as the experience of losing an ideological-cultural frame of reference. DAVRA works from a feminist-decolonial perspective on researching, documenting and passing on Central Asian culture and knowledge and is directed against colonial appropriation and (post)Soviet interpretations of others. On Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 18:30, a dialogical discussion with the curators of the exhibition during a subsequent reception invites you to talk about the works on display and forms of exile.
