Detmar Kurig live at Pixel Cafe
On October 11, 2025 between 12:00 and 18:00 we invite you to the Pixel Cafe for a special experience - where music and art go hand in hand.
Renowned double bassist Detmar Kurig will take you on a journey into the world of double bass sounds with his own compositions and works from the early Baroque and classical modern periods.
In between, he charmingly reveals little secrets of his instrument and is happy to talk to curious ears.

At the same time, an exhibition of diverse works ranging from paintings and sculptures to prints invites visitors to explore. Each artist will be showing their own work and an additional
work, which plays on the theme of the double bass in an individual way.
