Preserving winter vegetables! We make soup seasoning together from salted soup greens - not only does it taste great and is versatile, it also lasts forever. Goodbye soup cubes!
We also venture into new creations, add spices and herbs to our soup seasoning and make a base for a vegetarian pho soup, for example. There are no limits to the ideas here! Let's discuss how you prefer to preserve your own food. Drying, fermenting, preserving...?!
Creative needs will also be catered for, let us surprise you.
We'll brave the cool December weather with tea brewed from dried herbs from the roof garden.

PHOTO WORKSHOP with Tim Davies
Parallel to the roof garden workshop, Tim Davies will show us the technique of cyanotype and we will let the timid rays of the autumnal winter sun print beautiful pictures. We will use leaves, twigs, flowers and fruit from the roof garden and experiment with the cyanotype process. We will print on paper and fabric.

We look forward to receiving your registration at oe_werkstatt@kjr-m.de - spontaneous drop-ins are also possible, as long as there is enough space. The workshop is free of charge, donations are welcome and go 100% to our workshops.
