Cordon Bleu Sandwich Pop Up - Luzii x Markthalle Pfefferberg

From Tuesday, September 1, 2026, through Sunday, September 6, 2026, we’ll be at the Markthalle Pfefferberg, Schönhauser Allee 176.

Our Cordon Bleu made with chicken thighs from Bauckhof Klein Süstedt, stuffed with a mixture of Cheddar, mountain cheese, and chicken stock, and topped with ham from Gut Kerkow. We use panko for an extra-crispy coating.

We’ll also be serving our baked potato with herb quark, topped with chive mayo, pickled and roasted onions (vegetarian).
