Going in search of answers to exciting questions about the cycle together - and strengthening your own language skills at the same time?
Sounds practical - and it is.
In this workshop, we will address questions about the first period, cycle knowledge and body awareness - in a child-friendly, creative way and in a setting that invites discussion.
The special thing about it:
You are not alone. This workshop is a shared experience - for parents and caregivers with their children.
Because cycle knowledge affects us all - and it's nice to discover it together.
For menstruating or soon-to-be menstruating children aged 8 and over - together with an adult FLINTA* caregiver.
Whether mother-daughter, aunt-niece, big sister, godmother or close friend - any loving constellation that wants to learn and talk together is welcome.
Lisa is a companion for cycle knowledge, body awareness and self-empowerment - with an open ear, a big heart and a lot of experience from school, youth welfare and sexual education.
In her workshops, she creates spaces in which young people can feel safe - to ask curious questions, observe quietly or show themselves as they are.
With sensitivity and clarity, she combines biological knowledge with genuine questions and an attitude that empowers rather than shames.
Her aim is to encourage children early on to trust their bodies and take their needs seriously - whether it's their first period or the emotional chaos in between.
If you want to give (your) child a framework in which cycle knowledge is more than just education - but an introduction to self-confidence and body respect - this workshop with Lisa is exactly the right place.
