With "Der unwissende Lehrmeister", gruppe tag continues its performance series on the role of artificial intelligence in our everyday lives. As an unknowing teacher, an AI guides the audience through the evening and instructs the performers on stage to solve the energy crisis that they themselves are accelerating. The chat ballet marks the start of a series of scenic interventions as part of the European cooperation project Viable Unknowns.

gruppe tag is a performance and theater collective based in Leipzig that develops participatory, community-oriented art and explores the intersection between stage and public space. Their work focuses on social issues and emerges from real encounters, rituals and communal events.
