Captain Falsacappa is struggling to keep his gang happy: The recent raids have not yielded much. Now he's planning the big coup. The turbulent events surrounding an envoy from Granada, who wants to claim a debt at the court of Mantua, are driven by the bandits' efforts to sneak into Mantua using various disguises and snatch the money instead of the Spaniards. The carabinieri, with their heavy boot kicking, always lose out. But Falsacappa's gang came away empty-handed in the end: The Duke of Mantua's treasury is empty; the criminal energy at court outstrips that of the robbers.

DISCOUNTS

Pupils and students receive tickets in advance with a 50% discount. They can also obtain unsold remaining tickets at 15 euros per ticket for all seats at the Box Office shortly before the performance begins, provided there is no other demand.

Trainees, the unemployed, Frankfurt Pass holders and participants in the Federal Volunteer Service also receive tickets at a 50% discount - even in advance.
