Fragrances evoke memories, arouse emotions and influence our perception and actions. From October 29, 2025 to March 8, 2026, the Kunstpalast is dedicating a major survey exhibition to the fascinating history of scent - from antiquity to the present day - and bringing it to life for the senses. Covering an area of 5,000 m², the exhibition takes you through over a thousand years of art and cultural history. On the tour of the collection, you will encounter around 30 specially developed scent stations that open up a completely new interplay between the experience of art and smell.
