In this 4-hour workshop, you will learn how your breath has a direct effect on your nervous system and how you can use it to better regulate stress.
We combine in-depth knowledge of respiratory physiology, the nervous system and emotions with practical exercises for self-awareness. So you don't just get theory, but practical tools for your everyday life.
