Theater between tragedy and comedy, antiquity and pop culture: anger is a powerful emotion, as the Roman philosopher Seneca already knew - "See the foundations of famous cities, barely recognizable: they have been overthrown by anger; they have left the wastelands for many miles without inhabitants; they have been depopulated by anger." Wrath does not like to stay hidden. Once it has built up, it has to come out. In the living rooms, on the streets, in the roaring honking of car horns - all of a sudden it breaks out and can only be quenched when its causes have disappeared.
DIE ZORNIGEN come together and enter the ring. Here it becomes an absurd attraction. An attraction that can make the seemingly impossible possible and at the same time always harbors the danger of destroying everything, including the beloved. DIE ZORNIGEN remains a fragile society. Because what is the solution for one is the problem for the other. These problems are not resolved, but at least they can no longer be denied and call for a confrontation. Perhaps a way of preserving a few foundations and revitalizing wastelands.
