In the organizer's words:

Would you like to experience more lightness and vitality?

This Sunday, we’ll meet in the theater hall of the Zionsgemeinde in Bremen’s Neustadt neighborhood, and you can check out the class for free to see if it’s right for you. It’ll all be very easygoing and relaxed, and we’ll take a few videos and photos just this once.

After that, the regular sessions start on August 11, every Tuesday from 5:45–7:00 p.m. in a small, cozy group where we can really connect.

In psychology, the feeling of aliveness is closely linked to concepts such as vitality (subjective vitality), self-congruence, flow, connectedness, and emotional openness . Research shows quite consistently that people feel alive when they experience themselves authentically and allow themselves to feel both pleasant and unpleasant emotions.

Here are the most important scientifically proven mechanisms:

1. Aliveness arises when we allow ourselves to feel our emotions—rather than suppressing them.

2. Vitality is closely linked to the feeling of being allowed to be oneself.

3. Only those who are aware of their bodies are also aware of their feelings.

4. Physical expression and movement directly enhance well-being.

5. Connection brings people to life.
