With his project FESTERLIEBEN, theater musician Cornelius Borgolte frees traditional German Christmas carols from the pompous kitsch and arranges them in a minor key. Without singing, without powdered sugar. The program is contrasted and complemented by literary miniatures - sometimes funny, sometimes melancholy impressions from the silent night. A literary and musical glimmer of hope in challenging times.
