The FAFF screening will take place at the 8th Festival of Animation Berlin (26.-28.9.).

The Factual Animation Film Festival (FAFF) is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year! It is the world's oldest festival dedicated entirely to short animated documentaries and non-fictional animation. FAFF's mission is to present the best documentary animation shorts from around the world each year, bringing together filmmakers and audiences and building a vibrant community around this special genre. FAFF's annual short film program is first shown at face-to-face events - usually in London and Berlin - and then made available as a global online festival. Sometimes it can also be seen as a special program at other festivals, such as the FAB. At local screenings, FAFF organizes discussion rounds with the filmmakers, and a jury of experts awards prizes for the best film and the best student film each year. The Berlin screening at the FAB will show the FAFF 2025 program. In London, a special anniversary program "Best of FAFF" is also on the agenda in January alongside FAFF 2025.
