On October 7, Rachel Edri was held hostage for 20 hours by five Hamas terrorists in her home in Ofakim. She survived thanks to her ingenuity, humor and talent for improvisation. A dense and captivating hybrid film was created from re-enacted scenes and original footage.

The film "Cookies for Life" by Zohar Wagner was made as part of the Amadeu Antonio Foundation's action weeks against anti-Semitism. The film was presented in the short film program 'Assembling the Pieces' of the Jewish Film Festival Berlin-Brandenburg and was the longest contribution there. The screening in Braunschweig creates space for encounters and exchange on the sensitive topics of Judaism and anti-Semitism and promotes awareness of the historical and current challenges.
