Architectural photography with a difference: a creative game with perspective and line management, guided by an expert photographer.
A photographic foray through Berlin's modern center. Get to know architectural photography from its emotional, sometimes even abstract side.
Using telephoto and wide-angle lenses, we hunt for spectacular perspectives and graphic details. Designing with the gradual onset of evening light up to the blue hour helps to capture the special features of a facade in pictures.
On the route are futuristic and unusual buildings that we will explore visually at our leisure. I will help you to work out angles and details and explain basics of image composition, how to deal with plunging lines and various creative techniques.
The focus of this workshop is not on technically accurate rendering of a building, but on taking challenging and interesting architectural photos with non-specialist camera equipment. And the most important thing: to have a lot of fun doing it! :)
On this photo tour through Berlin Mitte, the individual support of each participant is especially important to me.
I will help you to bring order into the visual chaos, to find interesting image details and to work out new image ideas. Together we will try out perspectives and angles, always looking for new motifs and details.
