Designed specifically for runners, this class focuses on stretching tight muscles, building core and joint stability, and improving flexibility to help prevent injuries and enhance performance. You'll target key areas affected by running—hips, hamstrings, calves, IT bands, and lower back—through a mix of dynamic movements, deep stretches, and breath work.

Whether you're training for a race or just enjoy running for fitness, this class offers a perfect complement to your routine. All levels are welcome, including those new to yoga.
