Sylvia leads a quiet life - structured and characterized by routines. When Saul, a man with dementia, suddenly turns up on her doorstep, an unexpected encounter takes its course. The two are connected by a past that slowly comes to light and opens up old wounds. An intense, quiet rapprochement between two wounded people unfolds between memories and the present.
