FRIBERTY is the reborn Jens Friebe

With his new project, he’s working on something you might call minimalist pomp. On stage, he’s alone with two synthesizers and a drum machine. He sets the classic beauty of his new songs against an adventurous soundscape—sparkling and radiant, but also quirky and raw. The lyrics are in English, easy to understand, and hard to forget.

The guest at the release show for the first FRIBERTY album is VERBRENNUNG 3. GRADES, the music project of Zurich-based artist Salomé Käsemodel. V3G is angry and loud. Criticism of capitalism and hatred of patriarchy in more unwieldy, convoluted, and quite unique songs.
