Furoshiki – The Japanese Art of Wrapping

One cloth. Endless possibilities.
Discover furoshiki, the traditional Japanese art of using a square cloth to wrap, carry, and completely transform objects. Together with furoshiki master Keiko Wakita, you’ll learn basic folding and knotting techniques and put them into practice right away.
A simple cloth can be transformed into gift wrappings, bags, decorations, or even fashion accessories—all without any tape.
Our tip: Feel free to bring your own item, such as a bottle, a book, or a small box, and discover how you can wrap it using furoshiki.
