Panels, workshops and of course a party. During our three-day business festival, we try to find out how the working world of tomorrow will look like. In doing so, we will ask essential questions in order to frame new perspectives and generate customized approaches: How is AI changing the corporate structure? How do we adapt corporate cultures to the GenZ? And leadership and family - that's got to work, right?

But what's really core to our society, whether in private or in business life, is the aspect of networking. This is why we're making it a central part of GEN_F. How? Well, firstly we've limited the number of tickets to 350. So you'll automatically run into each other a couple of times throughout the three days of our event. Secondly, there will be a number of workshops dealing with mindfulness and consciousness, where you can focus on your inner selves and bond on a more natural, non-business level. Thirdly, we're topping it all off with a party on Thursday night and a brunch on Friday. What better way to connect than with a drink in your hand, great DJs and some soul food on the day after?
