Fermentations - Workshop für Groß und Klein auf dem Markt der Møglichkeiten

In the organizer's words:

🥬 Fermentation Workshop at the Market of Possibilities

Here, you won’t just be listening—you’ll be fermenting yourself.
We’ll bring freshly harvested seasonal vegetables from the microfarm and our biodiversity park at Bornkamp to the Gleishalle. Step by step, you’ll create your own jar full of flavor, microbial diversity, and creativity—and you’ll take it home with you at the end.

Right in the middle of the Market of Possibilities, you’ll learn the entire process from the garden to the jar: what makes a good ferment, what matters when it comes to the salt ratio, and what mistakes you can avoid.

🧩 What you’ll learn here

  • Harvest it yourself instead of just watching—from the garden bed straight into the jar
  • how salt ratio, natural preservation, and microbial diversity work together
  • collaborative work—from harvesting to bottling
  • Learning by doing, in a small group

The first real step from being a spectator to getting hands-on—for anyone who truly wants to get involved.
