After a police officer loses his partner in a shootout with arms smugglers, he sets out to track down the perpetrators. To track down the masterminds behind the crime syndicate, he teams up with an undercover cop who was infiltrated into the organization as a hitman. Together, they stop at nothing to bring the gangsters to justice.
