India - a term that outsiders associate with spirituality, colorfulness, diversity and mysticism. What is actually behind these ideas? What does this mysterious country look like in reality? How do the people live, what is hidden in the outwardly trivial everyday life? To kick off a series of events designed to provide insights into the society hidden behind this colorful backdrop, this slide show offers a photographic cross-section of the country from a variety of perspectives in order to arouse interest in the topic and at the same time provide an aesthetically pleasing introduction. The pictures will be followed by a discussion on India as a country, its peculiarities and country-specific problems, during which questions on all areas of life will be answered.
