With our Ecstatic Dance x Embodiment Special you can connect more deeply with yourself - alone or with your dating partner.

Through dancing in this classic Ecstatic Dance, you can turn completely towards yourself. An evening to learn to love yourself and your expression more. With everything that is there!

Ecstatic Dance - with DJ Malea from Inssbruck, Austria.

Florine (aka DJ Malea) is an experienced DJ and Tantra Facilitator. She has been accompanying people on their journey to a deeper connection with themselves for years. As an Ecstatic Dance DJ, she will accompany you through emotions, depths and dreams on this evening.

Embodiment - with Pia

Pia gives workshops on embodiment and tantra in and around Cologne. A word that is often misunderstood. It's all about embodiment, sensuality and authentic encounters. Before the Ecstatic Dance on 14/02, she will give a workshop in which she will guide you through a 30-minute journey into the body. Look forward to the liveliness that awaits you!

BUT: everything can, nothing must! This will be a sensual space, but not sex positive. We see tantra primarily as a toolbox for connecting with our own body and energy system.

Guidelines to make everyone feel good

∆ Nipples remain covered for everyone on this evening

Tips and tricks

∆ Only eat something light beforehand
∆ bring a blanket and a bottle of water with you
∆ DRESS - you can experiment on this evening and dress appropriately for a date with yourself

If you have never been to an Ecstatic Dance before - wonderful, welcome! Here are a few introductory words for you:

What is Ecstatic Dance?

- Embodiment
Ecstatic Dance is such a great combination of movement, fun meditation, depth and broadening your horizons. It's a really good tool for developing into new dimensions with joy in your heart. We give control to the body.

-Free Journey
This is a kind of ceremonial dance journey in your own rhythm. Free dancing. Perhaps this requires courage at first. But letting go in this process and dancing freely is part of the journey of Ecstatic Dance.

- A well-founded concept
Ecstatic dance exists all over the world and usually follows the same guidelines. It is about drug-free, cell phone-free dancing without shoes and without talking, so that you can concentrate fully on your own inner world. The DJ will guide all the dancers and it's good to get involved with the sounds that come your way, regardless of your personal taste in music. The music is cross-genre and leads the dancers through quieter and more dynamic phases.

This will be a sensual, playful space, but not a sex positive space. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, you can always contact the team!

The VVK ends on 14.02. at 12:00. If the tickets are sold out, there will be no more tickets available at the box office. Make sure you get one early!

Here is some interesting information about the ticket options:
Unfortunately, we have to adjust the prices of the ticket categories to the rising costs for the location, the international DJs and their travel costs. We have therefore decided to offer discounted tickets and regular tickets. If you have any concerns or thoughts, or if you can't afford a ticket at the moment (!) but really want to come, please write us a message!
