Ist das noch/schon mein Land? Hallo Reinickendorf, reden wir über Heimat
In the organizer's words:
Many fears weigh heavily on Germans: the fear that the state will no longer be able to fulfill its basic responsibilities; the fear that immigration will overwhelm society; the fear that housing will become unaffordable and healthcare inaccessible; the fear of a severe economic downturn in this country.
These fears are accompanied by complex emotions such as loneliness, powerlessness, and uncertainty. How should one respond to political extremism? How and when should one stand up against rising anti-Semitism and racism?
All these and other fears can be distilled into a single theme: the fear of losing what is familiar. The fear of losing one’s homeland.
