Janne Surma beim „Fest des Guten Lebens“

Janne Surma feels most at home surrounded by wooden instruments of all shapes and sizes. She would love to take them all on stage at once, but for her solo performances the singer-songwriter from Hamburg dispenses with double bass, cello, violin and co. and plays her songs intimately on acoustic guitar alone. With her warm and clear voice, the 24-year-old, who already has more than ten years of stage experience, tempts you to lose yourself in the new and find yourself in the familiar. In her German-language songs, Janne tells of longings, fears and changes with an unagitated and natural seriousness.

The concert is part of the "Festival of Good Living", which is part of the "ACT NOW! - Culture active for the climate" series. At ACT NOW! we are addressing the question of how events can become climate-neutral and what role culture can play in the forthcoming transformation. All events will be climate-balanced with the aim of making the pavilion even more sustainable in the future.
