FULL MOON KAKAO & SOUND with Yvi & Evy

Embracing the FULL MOON MAGIC: Together we will dive into this special kakao & sound evening in February:

We will start with a ritual cacao ceremony in which Yvi will introduce you to the history of cacao. Together we will experience the magical, heart-opening effect of raw cocoa. This will be followed by the sound bath, in which Evy will play the gong and the Tibetan singing bowls - creating a carpet of sound and vibrations.

• "Wellness tips":
  • Ideally, you should not eat anything "heavy" on the day of the ceremony and only have a light meal 2-3 hours before the ceremony
  • Feel free to wear comfortable clothes
  • Drink a lot before and after, we provide tea & water for this :)
