We are two Korean women who have been living in Berlin for over ten years. When we first moved here, we missed Korean food dearly, but finding traditional ingredients wasn't easy. Driven by our longing for familiar flavors, we began adapting traditional recipes using locally available ingredients—experimenting, sharing ideas, and creating our own unique recipes along the way.
Building on that journey, we now bring you dishes that retain the authentic soul and depth of traditional Korean flavors, while thoughtfully incorporating fresh, seasonal produce available here in Berlin to create something both comfortably familiar and refreshingly new.
Here are the dishes we offer:
Vegan Mushroom Kimbap
Traditional Korean seaweed rice rolls filled with seasonal vegetables (zucchini, carrot, and kohlrabi) and savory mushrooms slowly glazed in a rich soy sauce.
Bibim Kimbap
Seasoned rice tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce, rolled with crisp vegetables (zucchini, carrot, and kohlrabi) and savory baked tofu.
Doenjang & Tofu Hummus
A harmonious Korean twist on classic hummus made from tofu and ssamjang (seasoned soybean paste), served with roasted seasonal vegetables (zucchini, carrot, white cauliflower, and more).

Gimmari
A traditional Korean street-food classic—seasoned, lightly spicy glass noodles wrapped in seaweed and fried to a delicate crisp.
Crispy Tofu & Mushroom Bites
Crispy, round tofu and mushroom fritters coated in a signature spicy gochujang sauce, served alongside warm, roasted green peas
