YOGA FOR KIDS WITH SHEEP
Kids get to know yoga through play, strengthening their body awareness, concentration, and self-confidence. With imagination, movement, and short guided relaxation exercises, we create a balance to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
When the weather is nice, we head out to the pasture to visit the sheep —a truly special nature experience.
