With the Kinky Indie Party, we want to create a meeting place - a safe space for everyone who wants to let off steam and party to indie music. So it doesn't always have to be techno.

For this night, Helios 37 will become a home for colorful, open-minded indie fans who want to celebrate their freedom and tolerance far away from stuffiness and everyday life with like-minded people in a playful and permissive way.

Of course, such a sex-positive space only works under certain circumstances and rules:

Dress code:

Come revealing, sexy, creative or extravagant - whether neon-colored glittery or in black vinyl and leather, in a harness or sexy sporty. Let your fetish fantasies run wild. We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests in everyday clothing. Please also refrain from coming in a soldier's uniform, "Indian" outfit or other carnival costumes. If you are not sure about your outfit, please write to us and get an OK.

Admission and checkroom:

Your outfit will be briefly checked at the entrance. You can undress and change in the large checkroom and hand in your wardrobe. There will be no individual cubicles. Ideally, you should already have your party outfit on under your street clothes and a bag for your clothes.

Cell phone & camera ban:

So that everyone feels comfortable and can enjoy themselves, there is a strict photo and video ban at the party. In case of violation, we will ask the respective persons to delete the recordings and leave the party. If you see guests who do not respect this ban to protect everyone's privacy, please let us or someone from the staff know so that we can react immediately.

Awareness:

With this party we want to offer a safer space. Be open-minded and always respectful of others. We do not tolerate any form of judgment or discrimination, especially of sexual orientation, appearance, body, fetish or embodiment of a preference.

We do not tolerate any form of harassment, especially of a sexual nature. The rule is: yes means yes. Also pay attention to body language. A physical and not explicitly expressed no means no. Consent is only valid for that moment. If you meet a person again in the evening, be sure to discuss again whether touching or similar is permitted. Nothing should be taken for granted, so always keep these rules in mind regardless of your own condition, e.g. if you are drunk.

If you notice, hear or see something or even find yourself in an uncomfortable situation, report it to our team immediately. Grabbers, gawkers and people who do not respect these rules and guests will be expelled immediately - without refund of the entrance fee.

There will be no play area. Feel free to be open and playful, but please make sure that no one around you feels harassed, especially on the dance floor.

If you order tickets for friends, please make sure that they also know and agree to these rules.
